Design System Updates for 2022 October

Color Library: added CSS utility classes for all color tokens, such as .text-color-primary.
Tab Bar: added spacing attribute to define the padding around the content area. Default is none (no padding), but there's also cozy (normal padding).
Dialog: you can now add extra content to Dialog footers, such as extra buttons.

Action List: fixed issue in Action List where deleting item from a group didn’t work properly.
