Notification Guidelines

Use the Notification component to display messages about events that happened in the Emarsys platform, such as error messages, warnings, and success messages. It can also be used to show information about processes and resources.
Notifications can also offer follow-up actions, like linking to the documentation or executing an action.

Notification Types

• Info type: showing general information about processes and resources.
• Error type: telling the user if there was an error in the process.
• Warning type: warning users about potential unintended outcomes.
• Success type: telling the user that the process was completed without errors.

If you have a use-case that's not covered by any of the types above, use the "default" type.

Placement

• When possible, Notifications should be placed near the affected parts of the screen.
• If the whole screen is affected, either place it above the main content, or float it above the content at the top of the screen.
