- Device Display: focusing into component now can be disabled with the
focus-disabled attribute.

- Dialog handler: fixed issue of dialog could be opened even when it was disabled.
- Datagrid: fixed issues in priority mode.
- Layout: fixed issue of unnecessary horizontal scrollbar appearing.
- Vertical Tabs: fixed issue of tab label overflow.
- Popup utility: fixed issue of panel opening only vertically even when there's no vertical space available.
