Help Portal Link Guidelines

The Help Portal Link (or "Learn More Link") opens a related documentation page in a new browser window, so the user’s workflow isn’t broken.

Linking to Help Portal Articles

The component requires an "Article ID", which provides the link to the Help Portal article. The Article IDs can be found in this repository: https://github.com/emartech/eds-help-portal-map/blob/main/map.js

The component opens the edition-specific article in the Help Portal (Standard or Engagement Cloud), so you don't need to provide the proper edition.

Link or Button: use links when the Help Portal Link is part of or follows inline text. Use link buttons when Help Portal Link is part of a block layout, like button toolbar, button group. See Button Guidelines
